Sourcing & Procurement

  Looking for the right Supplier that can meet Customer's need becomes easier when the previous step of understanding is well done.
From our 15 year experience and market knowledge we appropriate the use of several tools to Source for Suppliers.
Looking for Supplier can be done by visiting niche fairs for specific products, world wide web searching websites, market research in specific markets for specifics products in different cities and we also rely on our own database and working experience in the Sourcing and Procurement field.

Inspection

Along with our Clients we develop a Check-list for inspections that will be followed during the examination in middle production and after the production finishes.
We have a team of inspectors well trained and in constant refinement of its quality skills. Once we settle the Check list with Buyers quality controllers we issue a Inspection Report from each visit to Supplier's site and send to the respective Client. Once the Client approves the report we prepare for loading and shipment procedure.
If Client reject the report we re-work the defects encountered and issue a new quality report until it meets the Buyer standard.
